Look at just one circle at the edge of the picture. Then shift your gaze to a circle at the other end of the picture. Both circles stop moving when you look directly at them. However, when you shift your gaze to concentrate on another piece of the image the circle starts rotaing again! It’s an optical illusion – subliminal movement!
